What are your shipping methods? When do you ship out paid orders?  

• Our partner couriers include Lalamove, Blitz Delivery, and JRS Express. 
• Metro Manila shipping takes 1-3 business days while Provincial takes 3-10 business days. 
• Once your order has been placed, please give us 1-2 business days to pack your orders before shipping.

How do I clean my bag/shoe? 

• Our products are made with vegan leather and should be given some TLC!
• We advise that you wipe your item with a damp cloth & allow it to air dry. Make sure to store it in a dry area as well to avoid moisture build-up.
