Our products are all handmade & produced in small batches. Because of this, they tend to sell out very quickly.

Here's a quick tip on when to know if what you're intending to purchase is on hand or for pre-order:

• On-Hand: Does not have the label "pre-order," this means that it's available on hand and can be shipped either on the same day or within 1-4 days. Shipping guide can be found here 
  
  
• Pre-Order: Has the label "pre-order," which can be found beside the product name -- this means it will only be shipped on the ETA stated in the description box (see sample below). Please give a +/- 1 week allowance
  
  
• For Micro Bags (Mini, Original and Medium) 
• After Apr 11: May Week 1
• After Apr 22: May Week 2 to 3
• On or after May 6: May Week 4
  
  
• For Hobo Bags 
• Orders placed after Apr 11 (for Small Chili): May Week 3
• Orders placed on or after May 6
• Large Charcoal & All Other Sizes/Colors: May 20-25
• Large Chili only: June Week 2
• Large Espresso only: June Week 4 to July Week 1

How long does pre-order take?

• Typically around 2-3 weeks but it depends on the product, you may view the full guide here

What are your shipping options?  

• Pick up or delivery
• For pick up: 
• Buyers arrange their own pick-up either through a 3rd party courier or self pick-up
• Order cut-off: 2pm | Pick-up: 3pm onwards unless otherwise stated, *Same day is only applicable for on hand items, Makati (Full address will be shared in a separate email once order is ready for pick up), usually ready in 4 hours
• For delivery, we use Lalamove for Metro Manila, JRS for Provincial. Lead time is after 1-2 days of packing is:
• Metro Manila: 1-4 days
• Provincial: 3-10 days

How do I track my order?

• If it's still awaiting fulfillment, that means your order has been shipped yet

How do I clean my bag/shoe? 

• Our products are made with vegan leather and should be given some TLC!
• We advise that you wipe your item with a damp cloth & allow it to air dry. Make sure to store it in a dry area as well to avoid moisture build-up.
